The area to be developed is located along Viale Scala Greca, an important road in the developing area of Siracusa; the project spans over an area of 13 thousand square meters, identifying functions pertaining to management activities, retail activities, and public facilities.
The project involves the construction of two buildings housing retail activities on the ground floor and offices in the upper floors; the main feature of these buildings is their composition in modular units, designed to allow the creation of rooms / offices that are versatile and easily adaptable to various needs of use.
The main materials selected are white stone, steel for the structures, structural glass.
The volumes have precise stereometric shapes laid out on the courtyard at the entrance, and the spatial connection between the central part and the wings is provided by a two-story aerial rectangular shaped structure.
