The primary objective of the project is to create a Museum of Water in the heart of literary park dedicated to Norman Douglas and to the authors who undertook the Grand Tour of Italy in the past.
The underlying idea is to disseminate a culture of water as an environmental resource, to be valued and in particular protected.
